Neuroscience & Spine Associates is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support patient account financial operations in a multi-specialty medical practice.

Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing and collections for patient accounts.
Review and reconcile billing statement and patient account discrepancies.
Communicate with patients about balances and payment options.
Work with insurance companies, billing, and coding teams to resolve claim issues and support timely reimbursement.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
Assist with revenue cycle management activities to help optimize cash flow.
Provide customer service for account status and billing inquiries.
Handle phone communications as part of daily workflow.

This is an on-site position in Naples, Florida; local candidates only should apply.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management processes.
Familiarity with accounting software such as or Quicken preferred.
Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of ICD-10 coding is a plus, but not required.
