Professionally and courteously provide patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, email, and in-person contact in response to patient account inquiries.
This role focuses on maintaining patient account data in the billing system, reviewing reports for quality control, and resolving inaccuracies related to insurance claims and patient balances. The position works first shift, Monday through Friday, in an office environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of work experience preferred
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work across multiple programs with dual monitors
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to meet deadlines
