We are hiring an experienced medical biller to handle charge entry, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.

This role is responsible for identifying denial trends, addressing payment variances, and pursuing appropriate corrective actions. Duties include working with insurance and patient billing, managing claim follow-up, and supporting appeals and resubmissions as needed.

The schedule is Monday through Friday on a day shift. A hybrid work arrangement with the option to work from home may be available after an extensive training period.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of medical billing experience
Minimum of 1 year of ICD-10 experience
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management
Ability to work with insurance companies, patients, staff, and customers
Ability to handle appeals, claim corrections, and resubmissions
