Medical Biller

We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to answer billing questions, process insurance billing forms, and collect the documentation needed for claims processing. The position involves significant phone communication and requires strong attention to detail and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with processing insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare
• Noting and processing all necessary insurance billing forms
• Helping patients navigate the billing and insurance process, including collecting forms and signatures
• Entering billing and payment information accurately into the system
• Following up with clients and payments as needed
• Answering phones, assisting clients with questions, taking messages, and screening calls
• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
