- Perform charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and denial resolution.
- Use ECW workflows to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Collaborate with coding and credentialing teams to ensure correct claim processing.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve payer-related issues.
- Support overall revenue cycle performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent medical billing experience using ECW.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and payer requirements.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass AHCA background screening.
