Oversee daily revenue cycle operations for the billing department, including billing, coding, claims processing, collections, reimbursement, payment posting, and denial management. Ensure efficient revenue cycle performance, timely payment collection, strong team productivity, and compliance with state, federal, HIPAA, CMS, and payer requirements.
Lead staff management, monitor key performance indicators, resolve escalated billing issues, collaborate with clinical, finance, provider, and payer teams, and support audits, corrective action plans, contract updates, month-end closing, and revenue reconciliation.
Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing.
