Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Nursing Home Biller for its Eagan, Minnesota office. This role is responsible for reviewing facility invoices for accuracy before they are sent to nursing home contacts.
The position works closely with nursing home contacts, cash posting, and collections teams to help maintain accurate accounting and billing processes. Key responsibilities include reviewing billing documentation, confirming setup and insurance details, processing insurance changes, and supporting cash posting as needed.

- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and dependable
- Understanding of HIPAA laws and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent telephone and typing skills
Preferred skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous data entry and medical knowledge
- Bilingual skills are a plus
