We are hiring a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare operations team. This role focuses on submitting and managing claims to state Medicaid programs and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), reviewing billing data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and helping ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
You will work closely with operations and intake teams, payer representatives, and internal stakeholders to monitor claims, analyze payment activity, and support the revenue cycle.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data
- Proficient or comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and errors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field preferred
Preferred
- Advanced or intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Prior healthcare, insurance, billing, or Medicaid experience is a plus, but not required
