Isle Healthcare is hiring a Medicare, Managed Care, PA & OH Medicaid Biller for multiple skilled nursing homes.
This role focuses on accurate and timely billing for nursing home, long-term care, and skilled nursing facility residents while supporting reimbursement and quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Process Medicare and PA & OH Medicaid claims accurately and efficiently
- Verify resident eligibility and insurance benefits
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid claims
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility billing requirements
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Collaborate with facility staff, residents, and families regarding billing matters
Work Location
- In person at the Solon Corporate Office
Experience with nursing home, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility billing.
Knowledge of Medicare, PA & OH Medicaid, and managed care billing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with billing software including Point Click Care, Resident Trust, Quadax, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
