This role is for a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Billing/Posting/Aging specialist who will manage billing workflows, post payments accurately, and monitor accounts receivable aging to support healthy revenue cycles. The position also involves maintaining clear communication with providers, insurers, and patients while supporting accurate and compliant billing operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical billing, posting, and aging management within a healthcare setting or medical office environment
- Strong knowledge of medical coding
- Familiarity with billing software, EMR/EHR systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent understanding of healthcare claims management and health insurance processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional approach to resolving billing issues
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical records management
