Medical Biller

CST Academy, Chicago’s top-rated multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider, is hiring a Medical Biller to join its expanding team. In this role, you will support clinicians and families by managing insurance claims, authorizations, and billing inquiries to help ensure seamless access to services.

You will play a vital role in the organization’s revenue cycle operations while contributing to a collaborative, supportive environment focused on children and families in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Submit insurance claims accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and work toward resolution.
• Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations.
• Process client payments, post insurance reimbursements, and reconcile EOBs.
• Handle billing inquiries from clients by phone and email.
• Maintain organized and accurate billing documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections.
