The role involves performing full-time medical billing duties, including primary care billing, sending appeals letters for denied claims, taking patient calls about outstanding balances, processing patient payments over the phone, working accounts receivable reports, setting up payment plans, and contacting insurance companies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Medical billing experience
- Medical Billing Certification
- At least 2 years of medical billing experience
- Strong organizational skills
