Medical Biller / Poster

Outpatient imaging center with three locations in Clear Lake, Pasadena, and Scarsdale is hiring a full-time Medical Biller and Poster.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, friendliness, and strong customer service skills. The position also requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient demographics, billing data, and charges for services at all locations
• Prepare and submit insurance claims for services rendered, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines
• Review and analyze patient accounts, verifying financial and demographic information
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims and resolve discrepancies or issues
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts according to established procedures
• Process credit card payments
• Assist with billing inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide office support as needed, including receptionist relief
