Versal Medical Group is a premier dual-specialty medical practice in Franklin, TN, offering Primary Care, Pulmonary Medicine, and an accredited Diagnostic Sleep Center. They are seeking a multi-talented, organized, and proactive medical front desk and operations specialist to join the team.
The role blends patient intake, insurance verification, prior authorizations, patient collections, and cross-trained clinical support. Candidates with billing experience may also assist with claim tracking, EOB posting, and revenue cycle workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
- Experience in Primary Care, Pulmonary, or Sleep Medicine is a plus
- Familiarity with payer portals such as Availity, Optum, and other major insurance systems
- Experience with EHR systems
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and perform basic clinical intake
- Strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma required
- CMA/RMA certification or billing credentials preferred, but not required with strong practical experience
