Requirements & Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of previous medical experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong collegial relationship skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with payer representatives, clients, and internal staff
