Medical Biller / Poster

Outpatient imaging center with 3 locations in Clear Lake, Pasadena, and Scarsdale is hiring a full-time Medical Biller and Poster.

This role supports accurate billing, claims submission, payment posting, account follow-up, and customer service across all locations. The position also includes office support as needed, including receptionist relief.

Duties and responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient demographics, billing data, and charges for services at all locations
• Prepare and submit insurance claims for services rendered, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines
• Review and analyze patient accounts, verifying financial and demographic information
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims and work to resolve discrepancies or issues
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in accordance with established procedures
• Process credit card payments
• Assist in resolving billing inquiries from patients and billing discrepancies
• Provide office support as needed, including receptionist relief
