The position assists with reviewing invoices, claim forms, and account balances, and provides administrative support to the Business Office Director.

- High school diploma required; two- to four-year degree preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare collections/follow-up experience with third-party payers
- Strong client service background
- Proven record in contract management
- Computer literate with above-average skills in Word, Excel, and databases
