PharmcareUSA is seeking a Biller Specialist to support accurate and timely reimbursement and billing operations for a long-term care pharmacy business.
The role is responsible for verifying reimbursement paperwork, preparing and submitting invoices to payers, tracking payments, resolving account balances, and supporting collections and denial follow-up. The position also performs billing reviews and claim audits to help ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn medical terminology and healthcare software applications
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to work independently and stay on task

- Experience with Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
