- Remote/hybrid arrangement based on distance from Jefferson City
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Focused on assisting providers and customers with claims-related questions and interpretation
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Must reside in Missouri
- Candidates living more than 50 miles from Jefferson City, Missouri may work fully remote
- Candidates living within 50 miles of Jefferson City will work a hybrid schedule of 3 remote days and 2 in-office days each week
- Familiarity with ICD codes and medical terminology/coding concepts
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Healthcare provider relations
- Healthcare patient relations
- Insurance claims processing
- Medical billing
- Medical diagnostic and procedure coding
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous knowledge of MO HealthNet policies, regulations, and procedures preferred
