Voyage Healthcare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Coding Specialist to join its team.
This position supports accurate billing, reporting, and documentation review for a multi-specialty healthcare clinic serving the northwest Twin Cities metro area. The role is remote, with occasional onsite work at the Corporate Office in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Current certification from AHIMA or AAPC
- Completion of an accredited coding program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of coding experience in primary care or GYN preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office products preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform diverse coding tasks
