Join The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Certified Coder II or III in multispecialty healthcare. This role supports the Central Administration office and primarily allows remote work after training is completed and performance expectations are met.
You will work with a collaborative, patient-focused team to support accurate coding, reimbursement, and compliant billing processes for physician services.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of coding experience in multispecialty healthcare
- Current coding certification from AAPC or another accredited credentialing body
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, modifier coding, and medical clinic billing functions
- Understanding of A/R management, denials, and the healthcare payment system
- Prior EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet productivity benchmarks
- Excellent communication, professionalism, attendance, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety
