Healthcare Realty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Real Estate Finance to support the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical needs of a national portfolio of medical office buildings (MOBs).
This role partners closely with the Vice President of Real Estate Finance, Finance Managers, and other finance team members to deliver accurate financial reporting, actionable insights, and operational analytics that support portfolio performance.
The position offers exposure to real estate finance, REIT operations, budgeting and forecasting, operational analytics, and portfolio-level decision-making within a publicly traded company.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, property accounting, asset management, commercial real estate analytics, or a related field
- Experience with property-level budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and variance analysis preferred
- Medical office, office, retail, or other commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working with large, complex data sets and translating data into actionable business insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- Experience with MRI, Power BI, or similar real estate and reporting platforms preferred
- Accounting background and strong understanding of financial statements is highly desirable
