Join SamWell Institute for Pain Management as an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Billing Specialist.
This role supports facility billing operations for an ambulatory surgery center, with a focus on payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and insurance reimbursement. The position is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable resolving claims and reimbursement issues in a collaborative practice environment.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available
- Location: Colonia, NJ
- Hybrid/remote schedule available after completion of the probation period
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) billing experience required
- Out-of-network ASC billing experience required
- Experience with payment posting and accounts receivable follow-up
- Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement and claims resolution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Medical billing experience: 2 years required
- Ability to commute to Colonia, NJ
