The Billing and Claims Specialist helps identify delays in the billing process and supports timely, accurate claim submission to payers for Intermountain Health.

This role is responsible for resolving issues that prevent claims from being billed, monitoring work queues and accounts, applying correct medical coverage, and ensuring compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. The position also involves tracking outstanding balances or unbilled claims, identifying trends, and helping improve billing outcomes.
