AnewHealth is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the full billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant revenue processing.
This role is responsible for maintaining billing integrity across enrollment data, claims activity, invoicing, and audit support. The position also helps strengthen internal controls and supports cross-functional coordination with operations, pharmacy network partners, and finance leadership.
Key responsibilities include resolving pharmacy billing issues, supporting billing adjustments, preparing audit documentation, assisting with onboarding and service transitions, and helping maintain a scalable billing infrastructure.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or related financial operations.
- Experience supporting PACE programs or PBM billing preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of billing operations and revenue cycle workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems and billing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
