Primary duties include:
- Answering patient calls regarding billing inquiries
- Processing payments
- Sending accounts to collections
- Processing refunds
- Working in practice management software to correct demographics and attach medical records
- Assisting the billing manager with other tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience working in practice management software is preferred
- Ability to handle patient billing inquiries and related administrative tasks
