- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Experience working with aging reports
- Knowledge of payment posting
- Experience navigating insurance and payer portals
- Strong understanding of the medical billing and collections process
- Buy & Bill experience is a plus
- Specialty Pharmacy (SPP) experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, outgoing, and able to multitask effectively
- Must be comfortable working in person at the Cumming, GA office
