We are changing how EMS navigates care. RightSite partners with EMS on-site to connect non-emergent patients with a Telehealth ER Provider and a Patient Navigator, helping patients access the right site of care while improving availability for critical emergencies.
This role manages all aspects of the billing cycle, from insurance verification to claim submission and reconciliation. The position requires strong medical billing knowledge, attention to detail, independent work, and collaboration across departments to optimize revenue cycles, ensure compliance, and support patient satisfaction.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing and insurance verification
- Proficiency in medical billing software
- Strong knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and privacy standards
Competencies
- Medical billing expertise, including claim processes and reimbursement systems
- Attention to detail when handling provider information, licensure data, and records
- Problem-solving skills for resolving discrepancies and improving billing processes
- Strong communication skills for working with Operations and Navigators
