Support UCP Central PA’s mission by ensuring accurate billing, reliable financial processes, and strong revenue management. This role helps manage Medicaid and private pay billing, monitor payments, resolve issues, and support reporting and audits while partnering with internal teams to keep programs running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include processing Medicaid and private pay billing, reviewing billing reports, resolving rejections, following up on unpaid or unbilled claims, supporting accounts receivable tracking and payment collection, uploading billing data, assisting with general ledger reconciliations, contributing to budget preparation and financial reporting, and serving as backup for billing and payment posting functions.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in a related area preferred
- Two years of previous job-related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English
- Prior experience with Pennsylvania Medicaid billing and the Pennsylvania PROMISe and HCSIS systems preferred
