Busy Pulmonary & Critical Care physician practice in Clearwater, Florida seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead all aspects of revenue cycle operations.
This leadership role is responsible for maximizing reimbursement, improving cash flow, reducing denials, and maintaining the financial integrity of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in physician practice billing, coding, payer reimbursement, analytics, and staff leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Five or more years of physician practice revenue cycle leadership.
Multi-specialty or specialty physician practice experience strongly preferred.
Experience supervising billing staff.
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare, commercial insurance, and physician reimbursement.
Experience with practice management systems and data analytics.
CPC, CPB, CRCR, HFMA, or similar certification preferred.
