We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral management, to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. You will support children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate mental health challenges and work toward wellness goals.
The position includes conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems. Services may include grief counseling, addiction counseling, pediatric therapy, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and evidence-based practices.
Strong skills in crisis intervention and crisis management.
Experience with child and family counseling, child and youth therapy, and working with individuals with co-occurring disorders or disabilities.
Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards.
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, clinic, or telehealth environments.
Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and documentation accuracy in electronic health records.
Competency in behavior management techniques for children with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities; experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) is advantageous.
