We are seeking a dedicated full-time psychotherapist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This role provides comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting.
The position focuses on evidence-based treatment, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, care coordination, and high-quality clinical documentation. Telehealth services may also be used to expand access to care.
Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
Valid licensure or certification such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings; hospital experience preferred.
Proven expertise in DBT and ACT.
Experience with psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, crisis management, behavior management, and trauma-informed care preferred.
Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, clinical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, CPT coding, EMR/EHR systems, and telehealth platforms.
Strong communication skills for client engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family counseling.
Experience with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus.
