We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dental Hygienist to join a vibrant dental team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional patient care by performing professional dental cleanings, assessing oral health, and educating patients on maintaining optimal dental hygiene. The position also includes maintaining accurate EHR documentation, supporting infection prevention, and helping create a welcoming environment focused on health, comfort, and trust.
This is an in-person, paid position at a dental practice.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in patient care
- Proficiency with EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Knowledge of dental terminology, equipment operation, and medical terminology related to oral health
- Strong communication skills for patient interaction, education, and team collaboration
- Understanding of infection prevention standards, aseptic technique, and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to perform dental X-rays while ensuring patient safety and comfort
