If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will answer them.
This role contacts patients regarding registration, billing, and collections, posts payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts, and resolves account questions.
This position is key to enhancing the patient experience at ProMedica.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
- Must reside in an eligible U.S. state for remote employment
