The organization is seeking a seasoned Chargemaster & Coding Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for chargemaster functions across all USPh entities. This role works closely with Managed Care, Clinical Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams to maintain accurate pricing, resolve coding discrepancies, review denial trends, and support updates to financial class and expected amount structures nationwide.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Certified Professional Coder / Certified Coder
- 3–5 years of experience managing chargemaster functions
- Experience with pricing, coding, fee schedule analysis, and pricing rationale
- Experience working in a decentralized environment with multiple tax IDs
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Outpatient physical and occupational therapy experience is not required
