Requirements & Qualifications

The Revenue Cycle Enrollment Analyst is responsible for submitting and reviewing daily enrollment tasks for new and existing provider groups through form and online processing.

  • Enroll provider groups for ERA and EFT payments with various insurance payers
  • Update provider group pay-to or billing address demographics to ensure paper checks, EOBs, and correspondence reflect accurate information
  • Review task history and work queues daily to ensure timely follow-up
  • Identify, research, and communicate payer enrollment issues to the Enrollment Manager and client support team
  • Contact health insurance carriers to verify pay-to address information and update as needed
  • Maintain daily trackers for work-related assignments
  • Identify and initiate missing enrollments for new and existing groups
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Report compliance-related problems, unresolved issues, proposed changes, or developments affecting the department or company

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Athena Collector System, Excel, and insurance/third-party processing portal experience preferred
