The practice includes advanced technology such as IPL and radiofrequency for dry eye treatment, along with a robust myopia management program including Ortho-K. Dedicated staff support, a wide selection of frames and eyewear, and strong business hours help support patient care and work-life balance.
Compensation is based on 15% of revenue.
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
Valid state license to practice optometry
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and medical coding relevant to optometry
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Experience in patient care with a focus on excellent customer service
Ability to interpret vital signs and understand their implications for eye health
Myopia management experience
Sales experience in an optical setting is a plus
Knowledge of pediatric optometry is advantageous
Ability to commute to Austin, TX 78750 and relocate before starting work
