Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice.
Proven experience in general dentistry; pediatric dentistry experience is a plus.
Proficiency with dental software such as Denticon or Dentrix for managing medical records and documentation review.
Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical coding, and medical terminology relevant to dental care.
Skilled in chairside assisting techniques, including four-handed dentistry.
Strong understanding of healthcare infection prevention and control standards.
Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely while adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Familiarity with EMR systems, electronic health records management, and documentation review processes.
