Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license with current certification in the state or region
Proven experience in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, or dental clinic settings
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards
Experience with chairside assisting, taking vital signs, medical coding, and reviewing documentation for accuracy
Ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures when needed and adapt communication for pediatric patients
