My client, a large healthcare organization in Alabama, is seeking a permanent onsite Physician Business Office Manager.
The role reports to the Director of Professional Billing Services and oversees approximately 15 direct reports. The position is located in a historic Alabama community with a low cost of living, excellent schools, and access to museums, nightlife, and outdoor activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical collections, physician/hospital operations, A/R follow-up, and denials and appeals
- Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience
- Professional billing experience preferred
