Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for a well-established DSO in Harrisonburg, VA. The position offers a 4-day work week, support for one dentist, full benefits, and competitive pay. This is an in-person role with a supportive team culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid dental hygienist license in the state of practice
Proficiency in patient care techniques and familiarity with aseptic protocols
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental office software preferred
Strong patient assessment and communication skills
Ability to work well with children in a pediatric setting is a plus
Knowledge of medical coding and imaging is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards
Ability to commute to Harrisonburg, VA 22801 or relocate before starting work
