Northeast Professional Home Care is seeking a full-time, experienced Billing / Revenue Cycle Manager with home health/home care experience. This role will oversee billing and collections functions, ensure timely and accurate claim submission, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and manage staff and billing workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee claim submission and tracking
- Manage compliance and audit activities
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Oversee accounts receivable management
- Support coding and billing operations
- Prepare reporting and analysis
- Communicate and collaborate across teams
- Supervise and manage billing staff
Candidates must be local to the Canton, Ohio area and able to work onsite on a full-time basis.
