The Systems Analyst II examines and evaluates an organization's existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. The role works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements for new or enhanced systems.
This position focuses on analyzing data, designing system solutions, and collaborating with IT teams to implement and test improvements that optimize business operations and support organizational goals. It also supports enterprise reporting and endpoint analytics for a federal contractor environment.
Essential requirements
- Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Public Trust level
- Experience with Microsoft Intune reporting
- Experience with MECM reporting and SQL-based reporting
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with Microsoft Defender reporting and Log Analytics
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Jamf Pro reporting
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, or Microsoft Sentinel
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53 compliance reporting
- Experience supporting ATO/RMF documentation and continuous monitoring activities
- Experience supporting HHS, NIH, or other federal agencies
- PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with enterprise reporting or endpoint analytics
