Healing Haven is a behavioral health organization supporting children with autism and their families through ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counseling, parent training, and autism diagnostic testing.
This role is part of the Revenue Cycle team and is responsible for managing insurance accounts receivable, resolving claim issues, monitoring authorizations, and helping ensure timely reimbursement. The position uses the CentralReach platform for billing workflows, claims management, payment posting, and reporting.
Work location may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on organizational needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance accounts receivable experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health
- Experience with ABA billing and revenue cycle processes preferred
- Proficiency with CentralReach for billing, claims, payment posting, and reporting
- Strong understanding of denials, appeals, ERAs, EOBs, CPT codes, and modifiers
- Experience with insurance authorizations and payer requirements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to perform computer-based work in office or remote settings
