Experience & Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families warmly and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
  • Answer phones, manage inquiries, and assist families with scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Collect and verify insurance information and assist with financial arrangements
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional communication and service throughout the patient experience
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on core values and additional responsibilities as defined

Salary Description

$20-$25 hourly

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
