Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for clients and providers, assisting in retrieving medical and academic records, supporting the retrieval of all necessary medical records throughout cases, and regularly updating case files to ensure accurate documentation.
Preferred qualifications include experience in personal injury or a medical office setting, knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA, a high school diploma, exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
