This entry-level onsite position is based at 621 Hall St., Dallas, TX 75226. Responsibilities include completing all incoming Release of Information (ROI) requests timely and accurately, maintaining 100% ROI accuracy, completing STAT requests within an hour, and other requests within 24 hours, keeping queues current, validating and authorizing release of PHI per procedures, performing quality checks on releases, maintaining confidentiality and security of medical records, scanning ROI requests into charts, completing legal affidavits as needed, adhering to ROI policies, maintaining professional appearance and orderly work area, updating facility guides, and providing excellent customer service with effective communication and complaint de-escalation.
