As an Electronic Health Records Specialist, you will provide guidance and training to staff, manage the EHR software system changes as delegated, and ensure workflows comply with policies and regulatory requirements. You will manage the EHR system help desk, support the Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence, clinical staff, and leadership, and possess a comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health industry standards, health records systems, and technology resources.
Key responsibilities include managing the EHR task ticket system, tracking agency tickets for the EHR vendor, overseeing compliance and troubleshooting of client and provider portals, revising and developing agency forms within the EHR, ensuring compliance with governing bodies, reporting on EHR compliance, training staff and managers on workflows, identifying training and compliance needs, and maintaining a clean domain within the EHR system.
This is not a Medical Records or HIMS position.

- Bachelor's degree in social services, medical field, quality assurance, or applicable experience
- Proven ability to develop, implement, train, and coach staff in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
- Minimum one year of data management and compliance experience
- Experience in multi-site/location, integrated health system and/or mental health care
- Demonstrated knowledge of Electronic Health Records, data analytics, and compliance
- Ability to provide guidance and feedback related to EHR compliance
- Must pass required background checks
