The Fountain Group is seeking a Document Intake Coordinator to support a high-volume administrative team by managing incoming applications and documentation. This role focuses on document processing, data entry, and mail handling, not involving patient care.
Key responsibilities include receiving, sorting, triaging, scanning, and uploading documents; performing high-volume data entry; reviewing applications for completeness; routing documents based on workflows; maintaining organized records; assisting with mail; and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years office, administrative, or data entry experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and CRM tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with document and mail processing
- Exposure to insurance or application processing workflows
Work environment is 100% onsite in North Chicago, IL, fast-paced, high-volume, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and a one-year contract with extensions.
