Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with case managers and providers via phone, email, and chat
- Retrieving medical records and bills efficiently for law firms
- Assessing provider relationships to optimize records collection
- Ensuring special authorizations are completed
- Managing a block of business and reaching volume goals
- Building genuine relationships with providers and coworkers
- Maintaining professionalism in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prefer working knowledge of standard office equipment

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT Hourly Pay: $15 - $17 per hour based on education and experience
